General
1. I have the right to deny any request.
2. Commissions may take from 2 days to 1 month to finish, i will provide updates, WIPs, and am open to communication.
3. I will work with customers and ask opinions on the commission, however (last minute) additions to the original request may result in raised prices.
4. I will draw furry, slight gore and nsfw.
-Nsfw and Gore will be case by case for accepting requests.
-I will only draw 18+ nsfw.
5. I do not draw mecha, bestiality, underage nsfw or incest.Payment
1. Payment must be made upfront.
2. Payment is to be sent/recieved through paypal only, all payments should be in united states dollars (USD).
3. Depending on the complexity of the commission prices are subject to vary.
4. Refunds will not be provided after commission is complete however clients are eligible for refunds in these select cases:
-if client requests a refund during sketch phase
-if commission is scapped/denied by artist
-if it has not been completed within 6 monthsCopyright & Usage
1. Do not remove my signature or claim my work as your own.
2. Commissions are not to be used as NFTs or for commercial use.
3. You must credit me for the commission if it is reposted or used anywhere.
4. I hold the right to my own artwork this means i'm allowed to post it where I want and promote myself with it, as well as use it in my portfolio.
-I will mention if it is a commission when posting
-I will not post it to social media if specifically requested, ex. if it is a gift for someone or a personal request
5. If you refuse these terms or break these copyright infringement, any rights you had to the commission will be terminated.
